Here you have the opportunity to live in our newly renovated house in a cozy villa area with proximity to both shops, buses and 2.5km to swimming in Härlanda lake. This also includes our nice indoor cat "Lillis" who wants to be fed morning and evening. Some plants would certainly be happy with a little water too.
 
We have three bedrooms upstairs and a large bathroom with both a shower and a small bathtub. Bedroom 1: 180cm bed. Bedroom 2: 120cm bed. Bedroom 3: bunk bed 120+80cm. On the basement floor there is a TV room with, TV games, a sleeping place in a 90cm wide sofa bed. There is also a guest room with a 180cm bed and a guest toilet and a laundry room with drying racks, dehumidifier and ironing board. On the entrance floor there are stairs in the hall when you enter. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen with kitchen island, dining area for 10. and TV corner. With a lovely view of the "dream valley" you can also enjoy our lovely terrace where there is a dining area and seating area and a barbecue.
 
We who live in this house are a family of two adults and two children aged 6 and 9, who like to share their games, toys and their craft corner in the basement.
 
Parking for 4 cars on the driveway.
