The cabin is located in Ottsjö with miles-long views of Anarisfjällen, Lunddörren and the Vålådalen nature reserve.

Inside the entrance there are hooks and storage for outerwear, shoes etc. Then a hall with wardrobes and adjacent to the hall are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. From the hall you come to the large cabin with a wood-burning stove and sofa group.

A door with slatted glass panes then leads to a fully equipped kitchen with wood burning stove and large dining area. The stove and fridge are of a slightly older model but work fine and there is everything from a baking machine to a raclette iron.

Both the large cabin and the kitchen offer a thundering view.

Up to the left from the kitchen is the toilet and also an extra sink outside the toilet. Then another long narrow hall with washing machine, shoe rack and hooks + an extra entrance, which makes it easier when there are many of you.

There is also the door that leads out to the wood-burning sauna, which is located in a shed outside the cabin. The sauna has two lavas, a large stove and an atrium.

Past the hall you enter the newly built part which has three bedrooms, one with a wide single bed, one with a bunk bed and at the far end a larger bedroom with a double bed.

At the entrance to the cabin there is also a shed for ski or bicycle storage. The cabin has two balconies, one facing west and a sheltered balcony facing south that you reach via the large cabin.

Dogs are of course welcome, so perhaps nothing for those with a dog allergy.

Ottsjö is a charming village in a magnificent mountain environment. The village has a small ICA shop which also acts as an agent for the system company. In "ottsjöbua" you can buy everything from local delicacies in charken to pimpelspøn and snowmobile boots.

To do in the summer:

Fishing, hiking, cycling, swimming, riding and much more.

In the summer there is fantastic hiking, cloudberry and mushroom picking. There is a small beach by the lake with a jetty where you can also rent a boat for a fishing trip or to go to the sandbanks at the ford. There are trout, char and lake trout in the lake, and the lake flows out into the sloughs via the Storån, which offers fine fly fishing.

At Välliste (trillevallen) there is nice trail cycling and Vålådalen also offers nice trail cycling. Åre is 30 minutes away and there is some of Northern Europe's best downhill cycling.

To do in winter:

Cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, pimp fishing, skin sledding and also several lift systems nearby.

Just above the cabin is a cross-country trail with track and skate bed that then connects to a fantastic trail system that takes you above the tree line and all the way to Edsåsdalen if you want. Or you can take the car to Vålådalen with its well-prepared tracks that open early in the season. 30 minutes away is Åre with its fine lift system, 20 minutes away is Edsåsdalen, 10 minutes away is Trillevallen.
