Jönköping - Upper floor in apartment in central Jönköping - 20757

Rent out a bedroom and a living room in my apartment. Shared bathroom and kitchen. The apartment has two floors and the upper floor is rented out. On the lower floor there is a bathroom, kitchen and my bedroom. I will live in the apartment, work and am not home much, used to having roommates. There is a sofa bed that can be pulled out to become a double bed and a thick air mattress available. Parking space is available. Bed linen is included but sheets and towels are not included. No animals live in the apartment but a dog has been visiting. Several bus lines go to the city center and take 5-8 minutes to the center.
