Entrance floor with large open plan; living room, TV room and large open kitchen as well as hall and bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with a large double bed 210×210cm and two children's rooms with bunk beds for smaller children and lots of toys. Living room also here, with TV and video games and bathroom with toilet and shower. In the basement there is a teenage room with double bed and sofa bed as well as a gym and laundry room with toilet and shower. Carport with space for two cars and an electric car charger. Large terrace with charcoal grill and lots of seating. Large green garden with large playground and trampoline. Close to forest, public playground, local sports and nice swimming area with jetty in Fredriksdalssjön. Everything within walking distance. Very quiet community where you can leave bicycles unlocked and with good neighborly cooperation.

The house must be left in the same condition as on arrival. Final cleaning can be provided for an additional cost by agreement. We do not rent out a stylish hotel but a warm and cozy home where many people will feel comfortable.
