Welcome to our charming 40s house in Bankeryd! Surrounded by fields and horse pastures, you will come to a real summer idyll. With the feeling of the countryside but only 3 km to several of Vättern's beautiful beaches, cycling distance to Bankeryd center where there are grocery stores and 10 minutes by car to Jönköping.

The house is 160 square meters and has large social areas, a spacious kitchen, sauna, cozy and child-friendly rooms and a lush garden of 2500 square meters with several patios and conservatories.

The house consists of four bedrooms on two floors. There is a double bed, a sofa bed for two, two 120 beds, a junior bed and a cot available. There is a foam mattress and three sofas you can sleep on if there are many of you.

On the entrance floor there is a spacious hall with toilet, a playroom with a bed for 2, a large kitchen, a large living room with dining area and a bedroom with a 120 cm bed as well as a toilet with shower and sauna for two.

On the second floor there is a TV room, two bedrooms and a toilet.

There are several communal areas outside. There is a terrace, two paved patios, a hammock and a barbecue. There is a cozy outdoor room with a built-in sofa if you want to curl up under a blanket in the evening.

Outdoors there is also a climbing frame with a slide, sandbox, toys, swing and trampoline for the children.

You have access to the entire house except the basement. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. For a fee of 150 SEK these can be used if necessary. Then contact me and I will guide you.

There is a refrigerator available and three compartments in the freezer.

The guest is responsible for their own sheets and towels.

Pets are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed.

Cleaning is done by the guest on the day of departure. Cleaning instructions are available in the house. Mainly vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning toilets, throwing away garbage.
