Welcome to a house with nine rooms, a kitchen, two toilets and a sauna in a natural environment.

At the back there is a large plot with a terrace, outdoor shower and jacuzzi with space for 8 people. A square dining table with 10 seats and a sofa group where 8 people can sit. On the balcony on the ground floor 7 people can sit. There is a relatively new Weber gas grill for nice barbecue evenings.

At the front there is a small playhouse and another patio and a driveway for two cars plus a few along the street.

On the entrance floor you will find a kitchen and living room in an open plan layout and a popular balcony/patio that faces a leafy back. On the mezzanine you will find a bedroom area with two bedrooms and an office. In the first bedroom there is a 180 cm wide continental bed with a TV with chromecast capability and in the second bedroom a 160 cm wide continental bed. Then there is a smaller office where you can put one or two mattresses. On the lower floor you will find a living room with a 60 inch TV and a fireplace. On the other side a bedroom with a 90x×200 cm bed and a sofa bed with a 140 cm wide mattress, so two children or one adult can sleep depending on the situation and a 50 inch TV. Then comes the next bedroom where there is a 120 cm wide continental bed and access to the patio and a 47 inch TV then comes what we call the games room there is a 140 cm sofa bed and a 50 inch OLED TV. Inside that room is the playroom where there is a ping pong table, floorball goals, balls and toys that are usually appreciated by children. Here there is a 140x200 cm mattress and 3 80x200 mattresses that you can sleep on there or move to one of the other rooms.

On the upper floor there is a bright bathroom with a whirlpool bath for two people and on the lower floor there is a bathroom with a spacious, comfortable shower and basin.

About 1 km walk away you will find the nice Attarpsbadet and in the center of Bankeryd ICA Supermarket, Coop

About 150 meters away there is a forest that has slightly shorter trails of just over a km.

About 400 meters away you have Nyarpsspåret, an electric light trail of about 2.7 km with a very nice view of Lake Vättern.

Beautiful Domsand with its beautiful Vättern beaches and cozy marina is about 3 km away.

Bus 114 to Jönköping stops about 200 meters from the house. If you walk a little further you will reach bus 112 which goes past Asecs.
