This well-planned and airy third floor apartment is located on the third floor. Here, at the top of the house, you live without being disturbed by neighbors and you get a wonderful flow of light into the apartment as it is in a high location and also has windows on three sides of the apartment!

Both bedrooms are spacious, one of which has a double bed. The other room has a 90 bed with space for either a single or double mattress.

The balcony has many hours of sunshine thanks to its high and open location and the nice west orientation. The sun comes up around lunchtime and then you can enjoy it all afternoon and evening until it sets behind the mountain around 8:30 PM on summer evenings.

Because that's what's great about Gräshagen; that you live so close to nature and yet are so close to the city. We appreciate all the scenic stroller walks up on the embankment, and that the bus goes into town so often. It's also easy to cycle into the city and if you run out of milk, just go down to Ica, and you're back in three minutes.

From Gräshagen it is close to the motorway, which means you can get out of town quickly and easily.
