Welcome to our bright and airy house at Rosenlund! Here you will live comfortably and peacefully with proximity to Elmia, the city, the Asecs shopping center and the beautiful shores of Lake Vättern.

The house has an open plan between the kitchen and living room, where you can relax in front of the stove or watch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. On this floor there is also a fresh bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. From the living room and the bathroom you have direct access to a lovely terrace. On the terrace there is furniture and a gas grill.

Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed (160 cm).

Bedroom 2 has a 110 cm bed and a small bed for children (70 cm).

Bedroom 3, located above the stairs, has a bed (90 cm).

There is also a toilet upstairs.

In the basement there is a guest room with a sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV with Chromecast, as well as a bathroom with a sauna, shower and toilet.

Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, and there is also free parking on the street if needed.
