Welcome to our beautifully located villa in Rosenlund, Jönköping within walking distance of the Elmia/O-ringen area.

We would like a family with children to rent from us, smoke-free and pet-free (due to allergies).

The villa is on 3 floors with a roof terrace and patio with barbecue facilities.

We can offer five beds (three on the ground floor, two of which are sofa beds) and two on the ground floor (two beds in two single beds that can be put together).

There is also the possibility for two smaller children to sleep on the large, comfortable TV sofa on the ground floor.

There is a toilet and shower next to the room on the ground floor, and a shower and gym in the basement. There is also a ping pong/billiards room, so the accommodation is perfect for the active family.

You have access to a fully equipped kitchen with access to a fridge and freezer. If the weather permits, you are welcome to use the barbecue and sit on our lovely roof terrace with a view of Lake Vätter and the evening sun.

Opposite the house are Jönköpings Rosarium, Rosenlunds herrgård and Café Stallgården. If you fancy a swim, it is 200 metres to Vätterstranden and the Rosenlunds bankar nature reserve.
