Welcome to rent our townhouse on Stekelvägen in Fällhagen, Huskvarna – a quiet and child-friendly area with proximity to both nature and good communications. Perfect for those participating in the O-Ringen at Elmia.

The house is pet and smoke-free and no animals are welcome here and smoking is not allowed indoors.

The house is 138 square meters and can accommodate 7-8 beds: 1 double bed (180cm wide, separate mattresses but cannot be separated when put together), 2 side beds (90cm wide per bed) and 1 sofa bed (140cm wide).

TV: available in two of the bedrooms and a large TV is in the living room where there is also a large U-shaped sofa with room for 7 seats.

There is plenty of space here for both recovery and socializing, both indoors and outdoors.

The accommodation offers:

• Corner plot with large terrace, trampoline and lawn – perfect for families with children

• Glazed conservatory with channel roof – for relaxation regardless of the weather

• Two air heat pumps/AC, one on each floor, for comfortable indoor temperature

• Robot vacuum cleaner and dishwasher – practical during your stay

• Car-free courtyard – safe for children, with parking in the community's free parking spaces right nearby

• Several playgrounds in the area

Good communications and proximity to nature:

• Bus stop near the house, bus no. 15 with change to bus no. 1 at Huskvarna station takes you easily to Elmia (5.5km by car)

• Good cycle paths all the way to Elmia (4.5km)

• Bondbergets Nature Reserve's exercise track is located directly adjacent to the residential area – perfect for running, walking or warming up.

This is a quiet and pleasant area that is ideal for both competitors and accompanying family members.

Here you are close to both nature and city life, with nice walking and cycling paths in the area. A comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for those who want to live close to the competitions but still have the peace and quiet at home.

Tenants are responsible for final cleaning.

Washing machine and dryer are available.

We are flexible with the arrival date and how many nights you wish to rent.

Blankets and pillows are provided, the tenant brings their own bedding (bottom sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase) and towels.
