Villa of 175 square meters built in 2017 on a quiet cul-de-sac with four bedrooms, two living rooms, large open kitchen and dining area and two bathrooms with shower and laundry room. Forest-close garden and balconies in both the west, south and east and good opportunities for lovely barbecue evenings after a fun orientation day. There are both charcoal and gas grills. Wild raspberries below the garden slope and maybe there are even a few wild strawberries.

There is a trampoline and swing set as well as a boules court with balls on the property.

Two smaller swimming lakes are 10 minutes away (also cycling distance). 5/10min walk to two different bus stops/bus lines with departures every 20/15min.

Large garage driveway with the possibility of parking three cars or two cars if you wish to park a camper/caravan (for an additional cost). Charging of cars is possible for an additional cost.
