The villa is on two floors, 166 m², and has four bedrooms with a total of six fixed beds. In addition, there are two inflatable quality beds with mattress pads and two fixed sofas that can be used as extra sleeping places.

The house has two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bathtub, a large living room with kitchen, laundry room, a home gym, a spacious terrace and a balcony with outdoor furniture. There is also a lovely outdoor jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after the day's activities.

For those who like to exercise, there are running tracks of various lengths right outside the house. There are also board games and outdoor games to borrow for both children and adults.
