Spacious villa on three floors (furnished basement) in central Tenhult. Only 15 minutes from Jönköping, 15 minutes to Odensjö and 20 minutes to Månsarp. There are three bedrooms, one on the entrance floor with a 160 bed, two on the upper floor where one bedroom has a 180 bed. The second bedroom on the upper floor has two 120 beds. There are two bathrooms, one on the entrance floor with a bathtub and one in the basement with a shower. In the basement there is access to a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine. There is a nice patio at the back, one part is glazed and the other is open, perfect for when the weather changes. There is access to a barbecue and trampoline. Tenhultsjön is well suited for a refreshing swim and is only 5 minutes away.

There is a cat in the home, he is outside most of the time but needs to be allowed to come in and get food during the day. Those who rent the house will have nice company when the cat pleases to come, he likes people and doesn't make much of a fuss.

We have some flowers in the garden, someone will come to water them if it's a hot week.
