Our villa is located in Barnarp, 1.5 km from Elmia. Approximately 170 square meters on 1 1/2 floors. 2 bedrooms (one bed is 180 cm wide and one is 120 cm wide, there is plenty of room for air mattresses if desired), bathroom and TV room upstairs. Bedroom (180 cm bed), kitchen, laundry room, toilet and open areas for socializing downstairs. Two dining tables.

Pool, hot tub, patio with barbecue. Outdoor room with lounge furniture. Lounge furniture and sun loungers on the terrace.

Parking with space for 2 cars. Bus stop 5 minutes from the house, takes 20 minutes to central Jönköping. Elmia can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Final cleaning is done by the tenant.
