Includes parking for 1 car in the garage and it takes about 10 minutes by car to Elmia. If you prefer to take public transport, you have a 5 minute walk to the bus stop "Juneporten" or central station, where you can easily get to the Elmia area with bus lines 1 or 4 - departures about every 5 minutes & travel time 15 minutes.

2.5 rok on 72 sqm: 1 bedroom with a 1.60 double bed for 2 guests, 1 large living room with space for 2 more guests on either a double inflatable mattress or a 1.20 foam mattress. Based on what suits you best.

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.

Amenities:

WiFi is included. The rent includes sheets and towels. Garbage must be thrown into designated containers and environmental rooms, furniture and other furnishings in their place, kitchenware washed and kitchen surfaces wiped before departure. However, I will take care of the final cleaning and washing of sheets and towels.

NOTE! The apartment is pet and smoke-free.
