Welcome to rent our home! Our red villa with white knots is located by itself on a small mountain in Ölmstad, between Jönköping and Gränna. Perfect location for the family who is out for an adventure. Large garden with space for playing. It takes 20 minutes by car to the Elmia area in Jönköping. In Ölmstad there is a general store with groceries, snacks etc.

The house has four regular beds divided into three bedrooms. One room has a 180 cm double bed and a cot. In the other bedrooms there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. There is a fourth bedroom that currently functions as a children's room/playroom. There we can make room for an air mattress if desired. There is also room for more air mattresses in the two other bedrooms with single beds. There is also room for a mattress in the living room if desired. See pictures. Please note that the tenant must arrange their own air mattress, it is not provided by the homeowner.

The house has two bathrooms. One with a toilet and one with a toilet, bathtub and shower.

In the outdoor area there are two grills that you are welcome to use. Adjacent to the balcony there is a hot tub with a view of the valley where it can be nice to unwind in the evenings. Washing machine, dryer and clothesline are in the laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, kettle etc. High chair for the little ones is available.

There is a dog in the home but of course not during your stay. There is also a cat but lives in the garage (which is not included in the rent). There is also a rabbit but lives outside and will probably not be home during your stay.

Important to note: The homeowner will occasionally (not every day) need to come by and take care of the cat and water the gardens on the patio/in the conservatory and in the garden. We can agree on a suitable time together.
