Our house is located about 3km from Jönköping train station and 6km from Elmia. ICA is a few minutes walk from here. Behind our house is the nature reserve Junebäckens Källor, which is a nice forest area.

Mezzanine:

- smaller rooms where it is possible to make a bed with an air mattress or similar

- laundry room with washing machine + dryer

- shoe dryer for two pairs of shoes

- gym (barbell/dumbbells/kettlebells)

- ping pong table in the garage

Our driveway has room for several cars. We have code locks on both entrances so you can come and go as you please. Wifi is available (which we may hardly need to write in 2025?).

The bedrooms are spacious so it is possible to add extra mattresses if there are more visitors. A high chair is available in the house.

There are two cats living in the house who will be at home during the stay (they are outside most of the time). Since the cats are at home, potential tenants will be able to refill their dry food and water.

We are currently renovating in stages so the house is of varying standards, but of course clean and tidy!
