The apartment needs some renovation but is fully usable as we live here permanently.

Small bathroom, no power sockets in the bathroom. But you can have an extension cord from the hall that reaches into the bathroom. Small shower area.

The kitchen is fully equipped but a few years old. Combined fridge/freezer.

There are two beds, 1.20 and 1.40, and an armchair bed. There is also space for a mattress on the floor.

Laundry room in the basement that requires booking, there are often good opportunities for laundry time.

Unfortunately, no animals are welcome.

It's a quiet stairwell and quiet neighbors, and we have a mutual respect.

Final cleaning is done by the renter. We would like you to bring your own duvet covers, sheets and towels. However, we are responsible for the duvets and pillows.

If you use items from the pantry, refrigerator, or freezer, it's okay for a symbolic amount.
