A farmhouse on our property. Approximately 30 square meters on the upper floor. There is access to two sofa beds with space for 2 adults/sofa bed. 180 cm and 140 cm wide and the possibility for 1-2 people to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Outside the entrance there is a balcony with seating and the possibility of simple grilling. In the residential building about 10 m away there is a toilet and shower facilities. There is the possibility of a simple camping toilet available in the farmhouse at the time of the rental. There is the possibility of boiling coffee and water in the farmhouse. Simple dishwashing facilities can be arranged. About 600 m from the accommodation there is a swimming area in Bunnsjön, for swimming and Bauergården, conference/hotel/motorhome parking with a restaurant. The accommodation is about 35 km from Elmia so a car is required. There is a bus option to Elmia about 5 km from the accommodation. Possibility to hang clothes/towels to dry on the balcony outside the accommodation.

Cat is in the residential building where the toilet is and outside on the property. Never stays in the farm house.
