The house is located in central Jönköping, in the Rosenlund area. It is very close to the beautiful Vätterstranden beach but also close to the Asec shopping center and various activity areas such as Elmia, the pedestrian street in the center, etc.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds (one 160 double bed in one room, one 140 bed in one room and three 90 single beds in one room). These rooms are on two different levels.

(There is also an extra room in the basement with a 140 bed if additional beds are needed, and there is room to put out mattresses, there are two mattresses in the house).

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, toast, electric whisk, blender, soda streamer, crockery, cutlery, etc.

There are two toilets in the house, one on the entrance floor and one upstairs. Upstairs there is a larger bathroom with shower and (whirlpool) bath. (There is a shower in the basement in the laundry room if needed).

There is also a dining area and living room with sofa and TV, upstairs there is also another sofa and area for socializing.

Outside the house there is a garden with lawn and a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a (charcoal) barbecue.

There is a parking space for the house, but it is possible to park more vehicles on the street outside the house.

There are sometimes animals in the house but no resident animals there.

When you leave the house, it should be clean and tidy, with cleaning materials and a vacuum cleaner available.
