Floor 1, large hall, living room/family room, well-equipped kitchen with access to the balcony. Shower and toilet are on this floor. Floor 2, large lovely family room/TV room, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each, also here there is a shower and toilet and a sauna with relaxation area. Own bedding and final cleaning are taken care of by the tenant. No pets are desired. PS since we are renting out 2 accommodations, the boat and lake cottage may be used by both.
