The villa is on two levels with a spacious living room, hall, toilet, good kitchen and a smaller lounge on the first floor, two spacious bedrooms plus a TV room with sofa bed on the second floor. toilet with shower, number of beds 6. Patio available. Access to barbecue area at the lake cottage, private swimming area available but also close to the municipal swimming area (walking distance). Boat available for possible fishing. No pets allowed. Sheets and the like are the responsibility of the tenant as well as final cleaning. PS since we are renting out 2 guests, the boat and lake cottage may be used by both.
