Welcome to our house in the pleasant and scenic Kaxholmen! Here you will find proximity to swimming in Lake Landsjön, running and mountain bike trails and the beautiful John Bauer trail for hiking. Kaxholmen is located in the middle of Äppeldalen (Småland's Tuscany) with proximity to several excursion destinations such as various farm shops. The accommodation is located next to the old Grännavägen from where it is easy to get to the E4 and the central parts of Huskvarna and Jönköping. It takes less than 15 minutes by car to the IKHP, Elmia and Österängen arena areas and less than 20 minutes to Bondberget. Both Ica, bus stop and pizzeria are within walking distance of the house.

The house is a single-storey villa with a furnished basement. There are 5 beds and an extra room for mattresses.

On the entrance floor there are 3 bedrooms, two toilets (one of which is a bathroom with a shower), a kitchen and dining room with space for 6-8 people and a living room.

From the living room there is a door directly to the terrace, with a southwesterly orientation. Barbecue and outdoor furniture are available on site as well as a trampoline.

Downstairs is the basement with a spacious TV room with space for mattresses. There is also a laundry room in the basement.
