- Final cleaning is done by the tenant, the accommodation is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Failure to do the final cleaning and damage will be charged to the tenant.

Floor 2: Three bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with single beds) and a common room/living room with TV, bathroom with shower.

Outdoors: Two balconies, one more lounge area in the south and the other in the west with gas grill and dining area. Trampoline. Close to forest and playgrounds. Bicycles available to borrow if desired (2 adults and 2 children's bicycles).

Parking is available next to the house with space for two cars. There is also free guest parking on the premises. Free Wi-Fi.
