Welcome to our house in Habo. It is 25 minutes by car to Elmiafältet, it is easy to get there by bus/train from the accommodation. The bus stop with connections to Jönköping is just a 2-minute walk from the accommodation.

The house is located about 5 minutes walk from the grocery store and restaurants. Close to walks in the beech forest, along the Hökesån River and forest trails. Cycling distance to the Domsand swimming area (Lake Vättern).

On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area for 6 (8) people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher.

Open living room with sofa and dining area for 8 people.

Outdoor room of 32 square meters with sofa and dining area for 8-10 people.

Bedroom with 180 cm double bed.

There is also a smaller room used as an office.

Bathroom with bathtub.

On the basement level there is 1 bedroom with a 120 cm bed. There is also a regular sofa that can be used for sleeping, 183 cm between the armrests.

There is 1 additional bedroom that has a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with two beds.

1 living room with two armchairs.

Laundry room with washing machine and possibilities to hang laundry to dry.

Bathroom with shower currently being completely renovated

The entire downstairs was newly renovated in the fall of 2024 and January of 2025, which means that there is a bit of empty space on the walls and floors right now.

There is the possibility of having an additional bed in the living room or office, in which case on an air mattress or similar.

There are no pets, therefore it is not permitted to bring animals.

Non-smoking.

Fiber is available.

Patio with table and chairs, sun from about 12 noon until the sun sets behind the houses, about 8 pm.

Large plot at the front and back. There is also a trampoline.

Gas grill that can be used by arrangement.

There is room in the carport for 1 car and 2 more cars can fit in the driveway.

Final cleaning is carried out by the tenants.
