The house was completely renovated inside and out in 2015. The house has since been used for summer rental a few weeks per year and then only to foreign tourists.

The house is called Ekeberg and is separated from our farm where we live and is located in a leafy area with oak and deciduous forest. Around the house there are rented pastures where organic calves roam during the summer months. Pets and smoking are not allowed. From the front of the house you can see Lillesjön between the treetops. After about 150-200 meters walk through a pasture you reach the lake and the pier. In the boathouse there are life jackets in varied sizes and a grill. There are also two canoes and an aluminum boat with oars that are free to use. There are no other piers or other properties near the boating area so you are to yourself. Only landowners are allowed to fish in the lake so there are plenty of perch, pike and zander.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and all other household appliances. In the kitchen there is a small TV with basic channels and an air heat pump for heating/cooling.

Equipped with desk and built-in 90-bed

Living room:

Sofa bed with 2 beds, there is an open fireplace and free access to firewood

There is a sink and toilet here.

Sauna basement:

There is an IR sauna and shower here.

Gym basement:

Simpler gym with treadmill, rowing machine and some weights

Fiber, simple grill, most outdoor furniture included. Glazed conservatory on the plot

The tenant must bring their own towels, sheets and carry out the final cleaning according to the applicable cleaning instructions found in the house. Camping in the garden by others than those renting the house is not permitted. No parties are allowed.

No smoking or pets are allowed.
