A small house of 66 sqm with a functional and fully equipped kitchen (completely renovated in 2022), living room with dining area and small bedroom with double bed. There is also a sofa that has been used for sleeping as well as an extra mattress to use if needed (important to let us know in advance!). The bathroom is functional and spacious with a shower and toilet. Important to know is that there is a separate drain so no objects may be flushed down or liquids poured out that could harm the environment.

The house is located south of Jönköping, close to nature with large pine trees all around and easy access to the E4.

Down the slope, 20 meters away, a path leads down to Långsjön where there is a jetty and a boat. There are tables and chairs in a cozy garden.

The drinking water is from a well, the water quality is tested regularly and most recently it was without any complaints.

Unfortunately, the pictures are a bit poor as I simply seem to have taken very few pictures of the interior. Can be supplemented during the next stay in the house.
