A small house of 66 sqm with a functional and fully equipped kitchen (completely renovated in 2022), living room with dining area and small bedroom with double bed. There is also a sofa that has been used for sleeping as well as an extra mattress to use if necessary. The bathroom is functional and spacious with shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Important to know is that it is a separate drain so no objects may be flushed down or liquids poured out that could harm the environment.

The house is located south of Jönköping, close to nature with large pine trees all around and easy access to the E4.

Down the slope, a path leads down to Långsjön with a jetty and boat (and two life jackets) where you can take a refreshing dip after the races. There are tables and chairs in a cozy garden with both flowers and edibles, such as salad, spices, etc.

The drinking water is from a well, the water quality is tested regularly and most recently it was without any complaints.
