Welcome to our nice house in Ljungarum, Jönköping - for those of you looking for comfort and proximity to the O-Ring! A perfect accommodation for those of you who want to relax between competitions where there is room for many, heated pool and barbecue! The house is located in the quiet area of Ljungarum, which borders the beautiful nature reserve Strömsbergsskogen.
About the house:
Three floors with a total of 3 bedrooms and 5 beds.
Entrance floor - Hall with adjoining laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Dining room and combined living room with dining table (extendable), two sofas and TV. Bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Balcony with evening sun.
Upstairs - Two bedrooms and toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a single bed but with space for an extra mattress if needed.
Downstairs - Bedroom with double bed and adjoining toilet with shower. Living room with large sofa and TV. In the family room there is plenty of space for extra mattresses. Large patio with heated pool, sunbeds, large dining table, large lounge set and barbecue.
Location and transport:
The house is located in Ljungarum with proximity to the motorway, which means that the location is good regardless of which of the competition arenas you are going to (Elmia 10 min, IKHP-stugan 15 min, Odensjö 10 min, Tenhult and Månsarp approx. 20 min). There is also a bus that takes you to Jönköping city in 15 minutes and Elmia in 20 minutes right by the residential area's parking lot.
Two bicycles are available, contact the owner before if you wish to borrow them.
Other information:
The house is pet and smoke free.
The house is family friendly and as there are children living in the house there are gates by the stairs and toys for smaller children to borrow. Playground with sandbox, swing and slide is right outside the house.
Final cleaning is handled by the guest or for an agreed sum.
Wi-Fi and Apple TV including Netflix and Max are provided.
Parking spaces included.
