The house is located in the quiet area of Ljungarum, which borders the beautiful nature reserve Strömsbergsskogen. There is a trampoline for the children, a large patio with a spacious table for many guests, and a lounge set for relaxation. There is also a barbecue for pleasant evenings outside.

About the house:

Three floors with a total of 5 bedrooms and 8 beds.

Upstairs: two bedrooms and toilet

Intermediate floor: kitchen, laundry room, toilet with shower, living room.

Downstairs: three bedrooms, toilet with shower.

Option to supplement with a mattress or travel cot if more guests are needed.

3 toilets (2 with shower).

Living room with 3 sofas and TV.

Fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.

Location and transport:

The house is located in Ljungarum with proximity to the motorway, which means that the location is good regardless of which of the competition arenas you are going to. There is also a bus that takes you to Jönköping city in 15 minutes and the asecs area in 8 minutes right by the residential area's parking lot.

Two bicycles are available, one of which is electric.

The house is pet and smoke free.

The house is family-friendly and since there are children living in the house, there are gates by the stairs, toys, books and games to borrow. Playground with sandbox, swing and slide is right outside the house.

Final cleaning is handled by the guest or for an agreed sum.

Wi-Fi and chrome cast with, among other things, Netflix and Max are provided.
