The entrance floor is approximately 120 square meters in size. There is a hall, kitchen with small dining table (4 pers), living room with larger sofa, dining room with larger dining table (8-10 pers), TV room with sofa and sofa bed (1 pers), master bedroom with double bed (180*200) and bedroom with a bed (90*200) and bathroom with shower and WC (white fully tiled).

Upstairs is a bedroom (approx. 25 sqm). There is a larger bed (140*200) and an extra bed (90*200).

On the attic floor there is a furnished bedroom (approx. 13 sqm), with a simpler bed (90*200). This is used if desired.

In the basement there is a larger bedroom (like a lounge, approx. 30 sqm). There is a larger sofa bed (2 pers) and TV. In the basement there is also a laundry room, WC and shower/bathtub (simpler standard), as well as a simpler kitchenette with hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Grill, garden furniture (8 people), hammock and two patios are available.

The house is a two-family house. Tenant is in separate apartment on floor 2, with separate entrance. No access to this apartment. The tenant (mother-in-law and agent for the landlord) is available for any questions during the tenancy.
