Bedroom 2: stable built-in bunk bed with 2 x 90 cm.

Bedroom 3: comfortable guest bed 160 cm.

Two extra mattresses can be placed on the floor if needed.

On the entrance floor there is a spacious hall, toilet, large modern kitchen and dining area as well as a cozy TV room. Various streaming services are included. From the kitchen you come out to the south-facing balcony.

In the basement there is a simple workshop, hall and laundry room with good drying facilities (tumble dryer and washing line).

From the basement you come out into the carport, where there is space for two cars and storage for e.g. bicycles.

As a bonus, there are two well-behaved outdoor cats named Bertil and Glenn. They go in and out through the cat hatch in the basement, no supervision is needed. If you don't want them up in the house, it's easy to limit them via a hatch to the basement. More info can be obtained if needed.

The accommodation is located in central Undersåker with a 15-minute walk to Ica and the railway station. It takes 15 minutes by car to reach, for example, Järpen, Åre, Trillevallen and Edsåsdalen.
