12km to Järpen center, 19 km to Huså, about 30 km to Åre / Bjørnen.

The cabin is located on a sheltered plot, not in a cabin field. Here you can enjoy yourself and enjoy nice days both summer and winter with a fantastic sea view. With a short drive you have the opportunity for both cross-country skiing and slalom, curling and swimming, as well as cinema. Opportunities for activities in both good and bad weather. If you want a city trip, you can drive a trip to Østersund which is 70km away.

The cottage consists of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, 2 living rooms and a kitchen that is open to the living room. 2 of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a small attic living room with TV.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 150cm

Bedroom 2: Family bunk. 1 double bed 150cm and a 90cm bed

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 150cm and a small double bed of 120cm

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed 150 cm and a single bed 90 cm

Living room on the 2nd floor also has a 150cm sofa bed which and can be used.

The cottage has beds for 14 if you use the sofa bed in the attic, there is also a 120cm mattress and a 90cm mattress lying on the beds on the 2nd floor that can be laid on the floor. There are duvets and pillows for 12 in the cabin, if you have more, you may have to bring your own.

On the plot there is a barbecue area you can enjoy in the evenings. Firewood for this and for the wood stove inside is included in the rent and can be found in the woodshed by the garage.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Dining table for 10 pieces using the extra chairs that are inside the other rooms. If there are several of you, the sofa in the living room must be used for eating, but it's fine. :)

There is a TV in each living room. The 1st floor TV is equipped with Chromecast.

The cabin has keyless entry with a code that you get after booking. The outdoor shed by the front door and the padlock on the woodshed by the garage have the same key, which hangs up to the left just inside the front door.

I would also like to mention that various consumables such as toilet paper and paper towels are sometimes available and are free to use, but that it can very well run out. Since I live in Norway, I do not have the opportunity to refill with such things after each stay.
