The train station is only 200 m away and the buses stop right outside the station (local bus, ski bus and airport bus). In Stationshuset there is a grocery store, a sports shop and other smaller shops as well as a restaurant.

It is not allowed to smoke or bring pets, however, the apartment is not allergy-free.

AT ARRIVAL

Keys are collected from the key cabinet outside the apartment, which is opened and locked using the number dial. The code is obtained in connection with arrival.

If you discover that something is broken or missing in the apartment, alt. that you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact me immediately.

DURING THE STAY

For everyone's comfort, the general curfew must be respected between 11pm and 7am. At other times of the day, mutual respect is shown with the surrounding residents.

Noise, damage or vandalism can lead to immediate eviction (Disturbance emergency is managed by Skistar). Reported disturbance is charged.

Also, be sure to follow rules regarding smoking and pet bans. In case of smoking in the accommodation, a clean-up cost of at least SEK 6,000 will be charged.

Remember to close windows at freezing temperatures after airing.

Ventilation in apartment for bathroom and kitchen, regulated with the kitchen fan.

A garbage station with sorting is next to the parking lot.

Access to the sauna is in the basement at the top of the parking lot, booking is done in the calendar at the sauna.

ON DEPARTURE

All lent keys must be left on departure in the key cabinet outside the apartment.

ATTENTION! Make sure the cabinet is properly locked (close the door and turn the number knob) before you leave.

Lost keys are charged a fee from SEK 2,000 for lock replacement.
