There is a lift in the building and the apartment is on floor 2. Parking is included directly next to the main entrance. A general, larger laundry room with 2 machines and a drying cabinet-tumble dryer can be found on the entrance level. Booking times are made on the notice board next to the laundry room.

Storage for bicycles etc. is available on the entrance level. Storage for other things is across from my flat and a larger public balcony is on the same floor.
