We offer a cozy, well-kept and well-planned apartment in the middle of Åre Björnen to have as a base for your stay.
The apartment is located on the lower floor to the left of this house, fully equipped for 6 people. Parking space is right outside, and you have a nice view of Åreskutan from the living room.
Three bedrooms:
1: Wardrobe and bunk bed with 1pc 80cm and 1pc 90cm bed.
2: Wardrobe and bunk bed with 1pc 80cm and 1pc 90cm bed.
3: Several closets with 1 160cm double bed, full mattress and TV.
NOTE. You can bring your own bed linen and towels.
Hall:
Large hall with shoe dryer and drying cabinet. Plenty of hangers and hat shelves. There is a lockable hall where you can store things you may not want to bring into the apartment, such as. bicycles and skis. In addition to standard cleaning equipment, the scrubber also has an iron and ironing board.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, whisk and waffle iron. The kitchen is well equipped with most things. If you are missing something against the odds, we are happy to supplement.
Bathroom:
The bright bathroom has a toilet, sink, walk-in shower and sauna with glass door. The sauna takes 2 people at a time. Feel free to bring small towels to sit on to keep the sauna fresh. These are new sauna leaves from 2018.
Living room:
Here is a lovely sofa corner to relax in after a day of activities. TV and wireless internet are available. The TV has several HDMI sockets to connect included PC / mobiles / game consoles. There is also a bench stereo with a phono socket that you can connect your music player in. Bring a 3mm phono cable to it.

The apartment has a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm.
The electrical outlet at the car park is disconnected as it is not adapted for electric cars.
At the bottom of the hill is a well-stocked ICA store. There you can also order a lunch bag online and even have it delivered to your home.

Directions:
When you come to Björnen from Östersund, at ICA Björnänge turn right up the mountain. When you get to the center in Björnen, take the first right towards Copperhill. Take the second road on the left and follow the road up towards Övre Hermelinen. It bends first to the left and then sharply to the right. The house is on the left, the fourth house from the end of the road. The house is orange-like standing between grayish houses. Park on the site marked 21C. Unfortunately, the houses do not come in numerical order. The front door is on the left side of the house on the ground floor.
For those who want peace and quiet, there is nature, freedom, silence and also fully equipped spa facilities, e.g. Copperhill up the hill from the apartment, or Holiday Club in Åre village. There are plenty of hiking trails. A nice destination is Fröå mine a few km away which offers local history. For more info about Åre:
