Our house is located in upper Björnänge about 4 km before Åre village center. It is walking distance to Björnen where there are nice cycling and hiking trails. Also walking distance to ICA store, pizza and Åre Chokladfabrik and smaller swimming area by Åresjön.

The house has 8 beds in three bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed. There are two toilets with shower and a sauna. Fully equipped accommodation with everything you could possibly need, washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet, stove and conservatory with gas heater.

There are two parking spaces that belong to the house but there is also guest parking. Pets are welcome and final cleaning is included.
