Fresh apartment of 58 sqm on the middle floor in Tegefjäll. Tegefjäll is located between Åre (approx. 5 km) and Duved (approx. 3 km). In the house there is an apartment above and two apartments below. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and has hiking trails and running tracks basically right outside the door.
The apartment is not usually for rent, but we make an exception for the O-ring.
The apartment is not suitable for people with fur allergies or the like, as fur animals have been staying in the apartment. However, we do not want to rent to anyone who brings pets or is a smoker (the apartment is non-smoking).
The apartment consists of three bedrooms (five normal beds), kitchen/living room, WC, shower room and sauna. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Tile floor in the hall, WC and shower room and otherwise laminate flooring.
Blankets and pillows for five people as well as usual cleaning equipment and washing-up liquid (liquid and tablets) are provided, as well as pot holders.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Single bed, wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with wider lower bed where you can sleep two if you wish, and wardrobe.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen from Siemens, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, hob and oven. Dining table with room for 6 people.
Common household appliances are included such as pressure cooker, kettle, toaster, frying pan, pot, small pots, large pasta pot, gratin forms, colander etc. as well as cutlery, crockery and glasses for six people.
Living room: Sofa, wood-burning stove, TV with Crome Cast to be able to stream to TV from your phone or tablet. There are no traditional TV channels, but the apartment is equipped with broadband via fiber 100/100 and wifi so that you can stream what you want to watch yourself.
Hall: drying cabinet and wardrobe.
WC room: toilet, wash basin and small wardrobe/cleaning cupboard. Hair dryer included,
Shower room: washing machine and dryer and sauna.
Balcony: partly under the upstairs balcony, facing the local street with a view towards Renfjället. Some outdoor furniture.
Balcony: smaller balcony at the entrance, towards the back of the house seen from the street, with some privacy due to the slope behind it. Adjacent to the balcony is a lockable storage room.
Simpler ball grill on the balcony, as well as access to an electric grill starter.
A reserved parking space is available directly outside the house. There is also a guest parking lot at the house that can be used if it is available (shared with several apartments). Parking after the local street is not permitted
The tenant arranges sheets and towels himself and is responsible for final cleaning in connection with departure.
The price refers to arrival in the afternoon of July 21 and departure no later than lunch on July 29. If there is a desire to rent for a longer period, this can be discussed.
