Upstairs consists of two bedrooms.

Small bedroom - two 80 beds. Large bedroom - 160 bed.

Basement consists of a bedroom -180 bed

Boiler room and laundry room/shower.

Preferably rent out to a responsible family as this is my permanent residence.

Note. Cat is in the home (even if we arrange a cat sitter nearby, the cats can find their way home during the period.)
