57 sqm with two bedrooms (4 beds) and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (2 beds, 140 cm). Everything has been recently repainted, the floors have been freshly sanded and most of the beds have new mattresses, duvets and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. microwave oven. The balcony is spacious and the bathroom has a drying cabinet, shower and sauna. Wi-fi and smart TV are available.

- The tenant is responsible for their own sheets and towels.
